Body Haus combines strength, core work, and conditioning through intentional coaching and scalable intensity so every body can move with confidence and purpose.

Each class is designed to meet you where you are, offering structure, support, and challenge without overwhelm. More than a workout, Body Haus is where you settle in, show up consistently, and build strength from the inside out both physically, mentally, and as part of a connected community.
Classes We Offer

Total Body HITT
High-intensity interval training using full-body strength and cardio to drive heart rates up and fatigue the legs. Expect intense thigh work, elevated heart rate zones, and short recovery periods.

Glute Camp
Heavy lower-body work with cardio mixed in. Glutes, legs, lungs. Fast pace, minimal rest, serious results.

Core Queens
A core focused workout built to challenge strength, endurance, and mental grit. Come ready to work. No experience needed.

Mat Pilates
